Free delivery & installation

Order from Lay-Z-Spa direct and it arrives kerbside in a 50 kg+ box for you to deal with. Order from us and we deliver it to your garden, assemble it, fill it, and check the water chemistry — included.

A local team, not a national courier

We're based in the South West and that's the only area we cover. No outsourced delivery firms, no kerbside drops in awkward places — just a local team who know the area.

We'll tell you what not to buy

If you ask about a model that's bigger than you need, or has features you won't use, we'll say so. We'd rather you spend less now and come back next year happy than oversell you something you regret.
